Moevenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre, Amsterdam

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the little extras like the adjustable bed settings and the delicious chamomile tea provided, perfect for winding down. However, I originally booked a twin room but was offered an upgrade at an extra cost, which was a bit of a downside.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and disappointing moments. The room offered a very nice setup with a comfy bed and stunning water views. However, it was unpleasantly crowded on the Sunday morning of our stay, and some areas seemed shabbily maintained, notably in the bath and carpets.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, but on the smaller side compared to what I expected. The extremely convenient location to both the airport terminal and the cruise terminal was a big plus, but the issue with having an extra bed instead of a proper double was a letdown.

The hotel offers okay rooms with decent shower facilities, tea and coffee making amenities, and some UK TV channels. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but it wasn't a big issue. On the bright side, the rooms boast fabulous views of the boats on the canals, allowing me to enjoy the scenery. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room provided essential amenities like a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom with premium toiletries.

Staying at the Movenpick for 3 nights in an Executive Room offered me the most astonishing views of Amsterdam by day and night. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The service, from the hotel reservation staff to the managers, was top-notch, making it a very good hotel choice for a visit to this great city. The location was heavenly, highly recommend for its convenience to central station and quick access to transportation. The dining options were diverse at Café, although a bit expensive at €25. Overall, my experience was delightful with exceptional rooms and service, and a fantastic location.

The hotel is awesome, departing from a cruise, and walking distance to Amsterdam Central. The rooms were very spacious and nice, exactly like our room from Canada at around noon, but the small bathroom lacked modern amenities like walk-in showers. The dining experience was included and impressive with various local delights. The location may be plain, but it's in a fine part of town. The facilities are excellent, including the Silk Bar.

After completing a 300-mile charity bike ride from London, staying at this hotel was a dream come true. The rooms were out of this world, boasting a large and comfortable bed, excellent amenities, and a luxurious bathroom. The location was just a 7-minute walk to the Central station and offered easy access to everything I needed. However, the dining experience was not up to par despite the tasty dishes available.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and decently sized for Amsterdam, providing a nice amount of space. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved as some areas were unbelievably dirty.

The hotel has a fabulous location with the best view in Amsterdam, well-lit and safe, within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were not serviced early despite no disturbances, but spacious and comfortable. Service was very helpful, ensuring rooms on the same floor. Dining was just okay for the cost, but included in an executive room upgrade.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and decently sized for Amsterdam. Special thanks to Caren, the receptionist, for being incredibly helpful. However, the room could have been warmer due to heater control issues.
